Manuel Katsoulis, Esq., received his Bachelor’s degree from
New York University,
and Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.
Manuel Gregory Katsoulis was born and raised in upstate New York. He moved to Manhattan in the fall of 1995 where he attended New York University’s Gallatin School, to study the similarities and relationships between western philosophy, eastern religions, and theoretical physics.
In 2005 Manuel was admitted to the New York State Bar, 4th Department, as well as the Federal Courts, in the Northern District of New York.
After law school Manuel returned to New York City and spent a number of years employed as an associate attorney for Staten Island Legal Defense Services, a firm designated as the primary provider of legal representation for indigent defendants in criminal cases for Richmond County.
From 2011 to 2014, Manuel served as an Administrative Law Judge, presiding over parking violation hearings for the NYC Department Of Finance, Adjudications Division.
